What is the deposit and cancellation policy?

First night’s deposit including tax is required at the time of reservation. Cancellations must
be made by noon at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Guests who do not cancel within
this time will be charged for a one-night stay with tax.

What is the parking policy?

Off-street parking is located behind the inn and is provided for $17 per evening per car.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 12pm.

What is the pet policy?

As much as we love pets, we cannot accommodate them. However, our sister property, Kings Courtyard Inn, just next door, welcomes dogs.

What is the policy for having additional room guests?

There is a $25 fee for each guest over two guests in a room. There is no charge for children
12 years of age and under.

Is Fulton Lane Inn accessible?

Yes, it offers wheelchair access. For specific inquiries, we recommend calling ahead to confirm.

What is the guarantee policy?

Generally, we can not guarantee any specific room number or location, although we will
make every effort to grant requests.

What is the smoking policy?

Our inn is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is
subject to a cleaning fee.
